Before submitting your claim
To receive the refund, the second flight must meet the following conditions:

Same payment method
Same marketing and delivering airline
Same airports for departure/arrival and connections
Same dates and times for travel
Same flight number
Same booking classes (for example first class, business class, economy class, PremiumEco, Economy Plus)
Same passenger type and number of passengers for the trip (eg number of adults, children or infants.)
Same additional conditions (bags, seats included/not included)
The prices for both can be booked on both websites
Not with the following companies: Ryanair, Vueling, Easyjet, Transavia, Lufthansa
Any additional costs that arise as a result of booking insurance are not taken into account when comparing offers.
